Rugby House is an indoor aquatic facility delivered with builder AW Edwards. The space carries a lap pool, a spa and a ramp-access pool within a single tiled hall.

Every surface is fully tiled to commercial standard, with even waterlines and a ramp entry for accessible use. The work shows the side of Wright Pools that has run on commercial sites since the 1960s.

Behind the pool hall sits a full commercial plant room: filtration vessels, balance tanks, chemistry dosing and pumps run from a central pool control panel.
