Woolooware Bay Town Centre is a large residential precinct on the edge of the water at Woolooware, next to Cronulla. Stage 1 called for an indoor pool and spa the residents could use through the year, out of the wind off the bay.

We built a tiled lap pool and a separate spa inside the podium, finished to match the building. Full height glazing keeps the space bright by day, while the darker end of the room gives the spa a quieter, warmer feel.
