Pulpit Point sits on a harbour headland, and the terrace curves with the land. A rectangular pool would have fought that line, so the shell was poured as a soft freeform that follows the edge of the deck.
A pale interior keeps the water bright against the stone, and frameless glass holds the view open from the house. The spa tucks into one curve of the pool so the whole terrace reads as a single piece.
