COMMERCIAL. STAGE 2

Sanctuary Stage 2.

A lap pool and sunken spa for the second stage of the Sanctuary apartment build. Returning client, second pour.

Location
Sydney, NSW

Commercial. Apartments
Scope
Lap pool, sunken spa, deck

The second stage. A returning client and a continuation of the first pour, set up so the two stages read as one body of work across the development. A lap pool runs along the glazed elevation. A sunken circular spa sits in the deck beside it, dropped a step so the rim aligns with the swim-out edge.

White glass mosaic across both shells. Honed stone running the deck. Tile coursing was set out from the centre line of the building so it carries across the threshold without a break. The kind of detail nobody notices and everybody feels.

Frequently asked

Apartment pool questions.

Can you match a new pool to an earlier stage of the same development?
Yes. Sanctuary Stage 2 continues the first pour for a returning client, set up so the two stages read as one body of work. Both shells use white glass mosaic and honed stone, and the tile coursing was set out from the centre line of the building so it carries across without a break.
Do you build lap pools and spas for apartment developments?
Yes. Wright Pools builds communal pools and spas for apartment and strata projects across Sydney. This stage pairs a lap pool along the glazed elevation with a sunken circular spa dropped a step so its rim aligns with the swim-out edge.
Do you work with clients across more than one stage of a build?
Yes. This was a second pour for a returning client, and staying with a development across stages lets us keep the finishes, levels and detailing consistent from one pour to the next.
