Building in Terrey Hills
Terrey Hills is a semi-rural suburb of acreage homes, nurseries and equestrian properties on the plateau. The ground here is Hawkesbury sandstone under the bush, and the land sits large, mostly level rural blocks on the plateau. That mix shapes every pool we draw.
Access here means room to work on acreage, with rock excavation the main factor. We plan the approach before a price goes out. Concrete is the only material that lets us cut a pool to a site like this, which is why a freeform pools usually suits a Terrey Hills block.
Terrey Hills is about 7 minutes from Belrose, so our supervisors are on sites nearby through the week. One Wright supervisor stays on your project from excavation to handover, with no subcontractor chain.
