NORTHERN BEACHES. BALGOWLAH HEIGHTS
Steel-reinforced concrete pools drawn for steep view blocks in Balgowlah Heights. Designed and built by a family practice in Belrose since 1968.
Building in Balgowlah Heights
Balgowlah Heights runs to larger family homes on leafy streets above Middle Harbour and the Sydney Harbour bushland. The ground here is Hawkesbury sandstone, and the land sits steep blocks with Middle Harbour views. That mix shapes every pool we draw.
Access here means steep driveways and rock, where a crane lift is the usual answer. We plan the approach before a price goes out. Concrete is the only material that lets us cut a pool to a site like this, which is why a view-facing pools usually suits a Balgowlah Heights block.
Balgowlah Heights is about 19 minutes from Belrose, so our supervisors are on sites nearby through the week. One Wright supervisor stays on your project from excavation to handover, with no subcontractor chain.
