NORTHERN BEACHES. PALM BEACH
Steel-reinforced concrete pools drawn for clifftop view sites in Palm Beach. Designed and built by a family practice in Belrose since 1968.
Building in Palm Beach
Palm Beach is the tip of the peninsula, large weekenders and homes on clifftop blocks with water on both sides. The ground here is Hawkesbury sandstone on the headland, sand near the beaches, and the land sits steep clifftop and hillside blocks between the ocean and Pittwater. That mix shapes every pool we draw.
Access here means steep, narrow peninsula streets where a crane lift over the house is the norm. We plan the approach before a price goes out. Concrete is the only material that lets us cut a pool to a site like this, which is why a infinity edges usually suits a Palm Beach block.
Palm Beach is about 35 minutes up the peninsula from Belrose, so our supervisors are on sites nearby through the week. One Wright supervisor stays on your project from excavation to handover, with no subcontractor chain.
