Building in Bayview
Bayview is a hillside suburb of larger homes looking over the Pittwater marinas and water. Most blocks sit on Hawkesbury sandstone on the hillside, with the land steep blocks above the Pittwater foreshore. We read those conditions before a line goes on the page.
On a Bayview site the first question is access, and here that means steep view blocks where shotcrete is pumped down the fall. Once that is sorted we draw the shell to the block. A infinity edges is the build we put on these blocks most often.
Bayview is about 22 minutes from Belrose, so our supervisors are on sites nearby through the week. One Wright supervisor stays on your project from excavation to handover, with no subcontractor chain.
