Building in Collaroy
Collaroy stretches from the beachfront to the plateau, a mix of beach houses and family homes. The ground here is deep coastal sand at the beach, sandstone on the rise, and the land sits flat beachfront below a steep plateau. That mix shapes every pool we draw.
Access here means sandy beachfront ground needs the shell engineered for it, and the plateau is steep. We plan the approach before a price goes out. Concrete is the only material that lets us cut a pool to a site like this, which is why a lap pools usually suits a Collaroy block.
Collaroy is about 17 minutes from Belrose, so our supervisors are on sites nearby through the week. One Wright supervisor stays on your project from excavation to handover, with no subcontractor chain.
