Building in North Curl Curl
North Curl Curl runs up the headland in family beach homes, many with an ocean outlook. The ground here is Hawkesbury sandstone on the headland, and the land sits sloping headland blocks above the beach. That mix shapes every pool we draw.
Access here means steep blocks with rock, where excavation is craned out. We plan the approach before a price goes out. Concrete is the only material that lets us cut a pool to a site like this, which is why a view-facing pools usually suits a North Curl Curl block.
North Curl Curl is about 15 minutes from Belrose, so our supervisors are on sites nearby through the week. One Wright supervisor stays on your project from excavation to handover, with no subcontractor chain.
