Building in Ingleside
Ingleside is a semi-rural plateau of acreage homes and bushland between the coast and the forest. Most blocks sit on Hawkesbury sandstone under the bush, with the land large rural blocks on the plateau. We read those conditions before a line goes on the page.
On a Ingleside site the first question is access, and here that means room to work on acreage, with rock the main excavation factor. Once that is sorted we draw the shell to the block. A freeform pools is the build we put on these blocks most often.
Ingleside is about 14 minutes from Belrose, so our supervisors are on sites nearby through the week. One Wright supervisor stays on your project from excavation to handover, with no subcontractor chain.
