Building in Mona Vale
Mona Vale is the commercial heart of the upper peninsula, a mix of family homes and apartments near the beach. Most blocks sit on sand near the beach, sandstone on the headland, with the land flatter coastal land with a headland to the south. We read those conditions before a line goes on the page.
On a Mona Vale site the first question is access, and here that means generally workable access on the flatter blocks. Once that is sorted we draw the shell to the block. A lap pools is the build we put on these blocks most often.
Mona Vale is about 18 minutes from Belrose, so our supervisors are on sites nearby through the week. One Wright supervisor stays on your project from excavation to handover, with no subcontractor chain.
