Building in Narrabeen
Narrabeen runs along the beach and lagoon, a relaxed mix of beach cottages and family homes. The blocks run on deep coastal sand and lagoon flats, flat between the beach and the lagoon. Each of those things changes how a pool is engineered.
Access shapes the build before anything else. In Narrabeen that means sandy ground and shallow groundwater shape the shell engineering. From there we draft a concrete shell to the slope and the light, often a lap pools on a block like this.
Narrabeen is about 18 minutes from Belrose, so our supervisors are on sites nearby through the week. One Wright supervisor stays on your project from excavation to handover, with no subcontractor chain.
